Of course, all of these are not to say that the work from home set-up is the be-all and end-all of the employee lifestyle. We mentioned balance and diversity; after all, it would be extremely challenging for society if all shops and offices closed up their physical stores.

The highlighting of the work from home set-up is just a peek at the reality that people are diverse and their needs. With that, people are benefited if they’re given flexible options to earn a living as much as they need flexible options to provide services and acquire them.

To sum up, employees work better if they feel that they could balance their careers with their personal life. They work better when they are comfortable with their skin and the community they’re in. Employees provide better outputs when they feel trusted and are not micro-managed. They are more proficient and efficient in their work if their careers allow them to make healthier choices for their mind and body. After all, a happy workforce is a win-win for both the employees and their employers.
